Refund policy

At Oasis Beauty & Education, we offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Products must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags & plastic intact. Proof of purchase is required and may be provided via email confirmation or hard copy receipt.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with clear instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
