Appointment Policies
Please read the following policies carefully before booking. By booking an appointment with Oasis Beauty & Education you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined below
Appointments & Deposits
All deposits paid are deducted from the final cost of your service, with the remaining balance due upon completion of your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible via Instagram or by phone on 0476377405. While I will always do my best to accommodate you, late arrivals may result in your appointment being shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled if there is insufficient time to complete the service. In these cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a forfeit of your deposit and may incur a surcharge of 100% of the total service amount. Any cancellation or rescheduling made within 12 hours of your appointment time will result in the full remaining balance of your service being charged.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice (no-show) will result in the full remaining balance being charged. Any future appointments will be cancelled until outstanding fees have been paid. By booking your appointment, you authorise Isabella Pearce to charge the card saved on file for any applicable cancellation, no-show, or unpaid fees.
Payments
Payment is required in full upon completion of your appointment. Payments can be made via cash or card. Please note that card payments made via EFTPOS incur a 1.6% surcharge.
Full refunds are not provided on completed services or amounts paid.
Course Policies - Applicable to all 2026 Trainings
Please read the following course policies carefully. By enrolling in a course with Oasis Beauty & Education, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Deposits
All course deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled in person training after paying a deposit, your course date may be rescheduled once only, and the new date must fall within 6 months of the original booking date. Additional reschedules are not permitted.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the scheduled course date will incur a late cancellation fee of $300 per training day, or forfeit the full course fee. You may reschedule your course without additional fees provided notice is given at least 30 days prior to your booked course date, subject to availability. Failure to attend your scheduled training without notice will result in full forfeiture of all course fees.
Additional Training
In some cases, additional training or support sessions may be recommended if further assistance is required to fully understand the course material. Any additional training sessions will be offered at the Student’s expense and are not included in the original course fee.
Payments
Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment for course enrolments. Card and cash payments are also accepted in the salon.
All course fees must be paid in full no later than 5 days prior to your scheduled course date. Payment plans are available upon request and must be arranged via email prior to enrolment. All payment plans must be completed in full before the course date.
Afterpay is also available for eligible courses through our website.
Refund Policy
All course payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
