All lash supply orders are packed and processed within 1–2 days. We prioritise fast, efficient order fulfilment to help you stay organised and prepared for your clients. Once dispatched, shipping timeframes will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method, but you can trust that your order will be packed and ready as quickly as possible. All pickup orders are ready within 1-2 business days. 

Due to safety standards within the beauty industry, all lash supply purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on used or opened products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly. We’re committed to ensuring you receive your order in perfect condition.
